something blue.....and yellow

Every tablescape tells a story, and this one is no different! It all started when I made a stop at IKEA to look for office furniture.... of course I had to go through the section with dishes and tableclothes and glass ware... and what do I find?---- yellow chargers for ,99 cents--thats about a 1.50$. Of course I had to pick up some! Then a couple days later I was back at IKEA with my girlfriend Kirstina who was visiting from Orlando Florida--it is then that we found the tablecloth.Once home we got to work creating this weeks Tablescape Thursday Entry. Sit back and enjoy the pictures.  Oh, one more thing the blue dishes are on loan from Chris and Irena--friends of ours who live nearby.

My girlfriend Jeanne gave me the large hurricane lanterns and as luck would have it, I had yellow candles in my store room!

Ah, my little blue and yellow pitcher. I found that in Polen while pottery shopping with Jeanne and Kirstina! It took all the self control I had not to buy up all the dishes that match this pitchere!!!

Here´s to a great Tablescape Thursday Everyone. I hope you get a chance to stop by Between Naps on the Porch for more wonderful entries. Hope to see you all next week!
