The muffins in the picture are breakfast muffins I made a few weeks ago and froze.(The recipe for those to follow)

1 Mango, diced
1 large red onion, diced
1-2 tomatoes, diced
Salt, pepper to taste
Cilantro, fresh if you have it
Garlic powder( i know, you might not think works, but...just try it)
