Blueberries......

Happy Monday Morning Everyone. Once again i am late in getting this posted, but better late than never I always say!

 Recently the grocery store had blueberries for a really good price, so of course I bought them! They were so good. My husband requested blueberry ice cream.

 So for this week´s new recipe......I present to you Blueberry IceCream! Made with the help of my Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Maker.

Oh so yummy

This one is sooo easy and oh soo good. Just bake a batch of your favorite chocolate chip cookies, but instead of making the cookies, just spread the dough into a large tray and bake. Then use either a round cookie cutter or square and cut out 2 cookies---keep the one cookie in the form, add some ice cream and top with a second cookie.  Then freeze for a few hours. The cookies will come out of the form with ease.

I promise you, you will never, ever buy store bought again.

Reds, yellows, oranges, and a bottle of wine.

My creative juices have not been flowing lately, much to my dismay. Recently, though a bottle of wine got me going again.

What I like the most about this table? I did not have to go out to the stores and buy any thing for it, I just had to go into my little shop of horrors(the place where I store the dishes, the vases and all the good stuff) in the basement.

Happy Friday! What amazing weather Berlin is enjoying right now! It is way over 30° C!!!!! What better way to start off the weekend then with a bbq and a nice cold beer!!!
