New Recipe Sunday is finally back! We are ready to take on 2015!

Please forgive the delay.....the flu took over my house and we are now finally all back to normal. For our first recipe this year...I would like to share with you all something simple, fast, and easy.....So simple, fast, and easy that I threw it together and it had on the table in 35 minutes!

Chicken Breast Filet with Mushrooms

covered in lots of Mozzarella cheese

So just take the chicken breasts....season with your favorite seasonings (i used a "garden herb mix" that is actually for salad dressing, cover in olive oil and back for about 30 minutes in the oven(375°F) Shortly before you take it out, cover with mushrooms and cheese.

While the chicken is in the oven, make some rice, chill the wine, and set the table.
