This year we hosted our annual turkey feast on the 26th of December 2010(the second Christmas Day here in Germany) A good time was had by all--and we look forward to next years feast.

ReplyDeleteI watched an interesting story on TV about how they process all the Turkeys at the same plant and they stick different labels on them just before boxing them up. Some say Butterball, some have store labels, but they're all the same. I usually brine mine, so I don't worry too much about the brand name, but I thought I'd share that info with you. Have a happy new year!
I've never grilled our turkey but it surely sounds good and looks great too. Happy New Year.
